Cookies

Effective 18 September 2026. Updated 19 September 2026. Short version: none on our marketing pages; the app uses only what it needs to keep you signed in.

Most sites open with a banner asking you to accept cookies. This one doesn't, and this page explains why, and what we would do if that ever changed.

1What our marketing pages set

Nothing. The marketing pages of this website store no cookies on your device. It runs no analytics, no advertising or social media pixels, no session tracking, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We are not making a point of this for marketing reasons. The site is a set of static pages, and it simply does not need to know who you are in order to show them to you.

2What still reaches a third party

One thing, and we would rather you knew about it.

Typefaces

Our fonts are served from our own site, so displaying them sends no request to Google or any other font provider.

Server logs

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. These are not cookies and are not used to build a profile of you or to follow you anywhere.

3If you use the app

The app at commarkai.net/app uses strictly necessary storage in your browser, not cookies:

This storage is needed for the service to work, so it does not require consent. Blocking it will stop you from staying signed in.

Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout pages, where Stripe's cookie policy applies.

4If this ever changes

If we add analytics, advertising, or anything else that stores information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. We will not quietly add a tracker and leave this page saying we have none.

You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. On the marketing pages this makes no difference; in the app it will sign you out.
