Refund Policy

Effective 18 September 2026. Updated 19 September 2026. Part of our Terms of Service.

Two rules, and we have tried to write them so you can tell in ten seconds whether you get money back: 30 days money back when you first subscribe, and after that cancel whenever you like. Monthly runs to the end of the month, and on an annual plan we refund the unused months.

1The 30-day money-back guarantee

When you subscribe for the first time, on either a monthly or an annual plan, you have 30 days to decide. If the service is not right for you, email support@commarkai.com within those 30 days and we will refund that payment in full.

2Cancelling after that

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app, or by emailing us. Once your cancellation takes effect, you will not be charged for any future period. What happens to money you have already paid depends on your plan.

Monthly plans

You retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you pay on the 14th, that period runs to the 13th of the next month. Cancelling on day 3 does not cut you off on day 3. There is nothing to refund, because you keep the service for the whole period you bought.

Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan, the refund is prorated to the end of the current month, rounded up to the dollar.

3When we refund beyond the guarantee

We will refund, or credit, in these cases:

SituationWhat you get
We billed you after you cancelledFull refund of that charge
You were charged twice for the same periodFull refund of the duplicate
We discontinue the servicePro-rata refund of the unused part of your period
We remove a material feature you pay for and you cancelPro-rata refund of the unused part
We raise your price without the notice our terms requireRefund of the difference, or of the period

If something has gone wrong that is not on this list, contact us and we will look into it.

4What is not refundable

5How to ask, and how long it takes

Email support@commarkai.com from the address on your account, and say which charge you mean.

6Taxes and your statutory rights

Refunds include the sales tax charged on the refunded amount.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your own province or state that cannot be limited by agreement. Where such a right applies, it sits on top of everything above rather than replacing it.
